2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Technical Issues — You were unable to download or access your pay stub due to a technical error on our end
- Duplicate Charges — You were charged more than once for the same pay stub
- Calculation Errors — Our system produced incorrect tax calculations that we are unable to correct
- Service Not Delivered — You paid but did not receive your pay stub PDF
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- User-entered incorrect information (you can edit and regenerate)
- Change of mind after successful download
- Dissatisfaction with template design (preview is available before purchase)
- Failure to use the pay stub after download
- Third-party rejection of a pay stub (landlord, lender, etc.)
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@paystubllc.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your order number or transaction ID
- Describe the reason for your refund request
- Include any supporting screenshots or documentation
5. Refund Timeline
- Request Window — Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
- Review Period — We will review your request within 3-5 business days
- Processing — Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Method — Refunds are issued to the original payment method
6. Corrections Instead of Refunds
In many cases, we can correct issues rather than issue a refund. If your pay stub contains errors due to our system, we will:
- Correct the error at no additional charge
- Generate a new pay stub with accurate information
- Provide priority support for the correction

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:

- Provide additional information to support your claim
- Contact your payment provider for a chargeback (as a last resort)
